• 1998 – 1999: Client revenue Increase 9200%+
RTMS: Australian Distributor for various software programs such as ACT, Goldmine and Best Solutions 2k. Contract to increase resellers for their software. My resellers in The Southern Region, specifically in Texas, were the top producing VARS in the organization throughout the entire project. My resellers and I worked directly with C-level Executives of Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 companies and with Government Agencies. Most of the contracts were in the 10's of thousands to 10's of millions. All of our negotiations and meetings with with C-level and Engineers (IT... often Mainframe Programmers) My team conceptualized the presentation for Best Solutions 2k at COMDEX and Presented & Demonstrated our products at other Technical Trade Shows. I developed Marketing strategies and sales initiatives and organized local conferences to offer a Forum for Resellers and their End Users to gain further product knowledge. All of this combined allowed RTMS to gain a strong foothold in the Southern US region.
All of my resellers showed huge increases in revenue with one partner having a nearly 9,200% increase in sales.
RTMS revenue with my resellers increased exponentially as well.
