Hardley Dangerous Illusions decided to expand beyond their removable stickers and brought me in to establish their product purchases and further grow their distribution channel. They also needed a more robust website and multiple sites to showcase the new product. I built them both wholesale and retail eCommerce sites. In addition I setup their eBay account so they could sell there as well. Within 5 hours of building the first site it was ranked #2 in the SERPS, just under the manufacturer of their new product. By the end of the day HDI had a 3,200% increase in sales and revenue skyrocketed after that. They could barely keep up with the orders!
As this turned into a lengthy contract I was able to grow their business through social media as well as trade shows. Once LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter were implemented they had much better communication with the end buyer as well as their distributors. It allowed for 24/7 questions and responses. With their immediate replies as often as possible (day or night) they dramatically increased customer loyalty- especially with their International clients. This brought about a further increase in business as current customers would buy multiple products from them instead of finding other vendors.
